Magic Bullet for Nanosecond Nachos

Story suggestion by: Jayne M. Email us a story.

MagicianCan't sleep? Find yourself watching television at 1 o'clock in the morning? Then you've probably seen the commercial for Magic Bullet. This product claims that it's the "personal, versatile, countertop magician that does any job in 10 seconds...or less.®" Strong claim. But can this "magician" make nachos? As a matter of fact, it can! The Magic Bullet comes with a plethora of attachments and also includes the "10 Second Recipe Book." One recipe is called Nanosecond Nachos.

Obviously this recipe is only good if you actually own the Magic Bullet. But if you were thinking about picking one up and was on the fence, perhaps knowing that there's a quick-and-easy 10 second recipe included with purchase will tip the scale.

Nanosecond Nachos

1 cup cheddar (or your favorite) cheese
1/4 - 1/2 of a jalapeno pepper

First... Load the ingredients into the Short Cup and Pulse a few times (you want the jalapenos to keep a little bit of chunky texture).
Then... Twist off the blade, and twist on a Shaker/Steamer Top.
Pour... over tortilla chips. Serve Immediately.

Suggestion - You can add anything you want to the top of your nachos. Guacamole, sour cream, black beans, tomatoes - even leftover chicken - are sure crowd-pleasures.

Tips - Cup cleaning made even easier! When it's time to clean your Tall Cup, fill it 3/4 full with hot water, then microwave for 45 seconds. That will re-melt the cheese, making cleanup a breeze.

I cant believe you have all failed!! Do you have the flaire for cooking?

I used the small pot, the chopper blade and about 150grams of chedder, a dash of milk an inch of a fresh green chilli.

Blended by pulsing 3 or 4 times, opened lid, added a small dash more milk, blended again.

Screwed on lid with holes, microwaved for 25 seconds, opened and a tiny splash more milk, chopper blade back on and blend again. Lid with holes back on and another 25 seconds in the microwave! and Job done.

Smooth, delicious cheese sauce thats perfect for Nachos.... infact Ive just finished off some right now lol.....

Dont blamethe tools boys and girls!!!

xx

Definitely doesn't work. Just like throwing shredded cheese on some chips and sticking it in a microwave.

I just tried this with my Magic Bullet and it does not turn out like on TV--what a surprise!
Better off usung it to shred, then putting cheese over chips and under broiler.

I followed the recipe and it sucked. My aunt said it was obvious that I should have added a splash of milk. She also said that in the commercial they added milk and re-blended after heating it in the microwave. Shouldn't say that in the recipe book?

Ronery

How long does it take to melt the cheese doofus?

john blake

that recipe is nasty my aunt makes better cheese better than that.
